Just a 5-minute drive from Ebeltoft, you’ll find this cozy and well-maintained holiday home. Inside, there’s a charming living room with a wood stove and a heat pump. From the living room, you can access a large terrace area with outdoor furniture. The well-functioning kitchen is connected to the living room and includes a dishwasher. A nice bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and access to a sauna is also part of the house. The sleeping arrangements consist of three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed and an overhead bunk. For younger guests, there is a high chair and a crib. The house is situated on a plot with a large lawn, and for the little ones, there is a sandbox and swing set. From the property, there is a small view of the water toward Ebeltoft Harbor.

The Øer area is a charming and popular holiday destination close to both forests and the beach. The beach is known for its shallow waters and sandy shore, although in some places, the beach can be a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a 13 km trail in the area with varying levels of difficulty. The harbor in Ebeltoft offers several great dining options, small specialty shops, and the Fregatten Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the town center, you’ll find the Old Town Hall, a popular spot for weddings. The house is about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, and about an hour’s drive to both the Kattegatcenter in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, Djurs Sommerland.
